Communications Request Form

Requests for announcements to be included in any or all of our parish communications may be submitted below. Announcements for the weekly Shepherd's Staff email newsletter, Sunday Bulletin, or for posting on the LCD screens in the narthex and parish hall entrance should be limited to no more than 50 words. Announcements for the parish web site or blog may be longer.

For newspaper items, the papers needs the info at least two weeks prior to the event, and our parish contact Michele Braithwaite, mbraithw@gmu.edu, needs a week also. That means if you need items published in the Post or Connection newspapers, please submit them to Michele 3-4 weeks in advance. Note that if you want something in a neighborhood flyer it can take up to two months lead time.

If you have a document or photo(s) to be included, please send them via email to cogsparsec@verizon.net. Requests must be received by 12 noon on Wednesdays. Questions? Contact Rhonda Busch at 703-323-5400.
