The purpose of the vestrygram is to directly communicate your message to the most appropriate parish leader or group. Your Vestry is a “clearing house” to connect parishioner concerns with parish leadership, which could be the Vestry, the Rector, or another staff member or lay leader. Our pledge is to read each vestrygram, and when it pertains to the Vestry, to respond to the writer. When vestrygrams pertain to other leaders, we will make sure that we hear the concern and confirm that the writer receives a timely response.
