Special Treasures Sale
The Special Treasures Sale was held in October 2012 and raised nearly $4,700 for the Compassion Fund from sales at the event. Many parishioners brought “treasures” after cleaning out closets and garages, and members of the neighboring communities bought reasonably priced items for their households. More than 40 volunteers sorted, priced, and sold wonderful treasures, and those that were not sold were given to Value Village for its philanthropic activities with disadvantaged individuals. We hope you enjoyed supporting the Outreach Compassion Fund event no matter how you participated, and we appreciate your contributions of time, talent and treasure. Watch for this annual event in October 2013.
