Youth Outreach Mission

Camp Hope provides hope to local residents of Western Maryland who have very limited financial resources or physical capability to perform necessary maintenance and repairs to their homes.  Camp Hope is a 1-week mission trip designed especially with our teenagers in mind.  This commitment of time provides youth and adults alike with enduring, heartfelt memories.  Youth from our church, and many others, come together in Frostburg, Maryland, the 2^nd full week in July, to accomplish home construction, painting, repair, and maintenance projects.  Our youth's efforts are an answer to many prayers!   

Last year we built a wheel chair ramp, painted a home exterior, and repaired gutters.  We may not know what the upcoming 9^th season at Camp Hope will entail, but one thing is clear:  We need church youth to join us who have not attended before!  Young men and women eligible for attending Camp Hope are current 9^th, 10^th, 11^th, and 12^th graders. We may be able to increase the number of work teams next season, which would open opportunities for additional adult leaders (must be 21 years of age) to attend.
